Welcome to Heighway Pinball – Incorporating Pinball Ireland and Irish Pinball

Heighway Pinball was created to promote all aspects of pinball in Ireland. We buy and sell pinball machines, hire them out to special events, repair them, restore them and actively promote pinball wherever possible.

Every year we host an “Irish Meet” whereby people come from all over the UK and Ireland for a weekend of pinball playing at our premises near Adare in County Limerick. More than 16 pinball machines will be played in a relaxed atmosphere over the weekend of 6th-8th November 2009. Please visit the site again for more details closer to the time.

Plans are afoot to create an Irish Pinball League whereby players from all over the country can compete with each other and earn World Pinball Player Ranking (WPPR) points which in turn will allow the top players to compete in the annual IFPA World Pinball Championships.

Pinball ownership and playing has been increasing year on year in Ireland as more and more people are buying pinball machines for their gamesrooms.

The dates for the 2009 Irish Meet have been confirmed as 6th – 8th November 2009 at our premises near Adare in County Limerick.

The weekend will boast 16+ pinball machines all set on “free play” as well as fruit machines, video games and pachinko machines.

The weekend is a relaxed affair with beer and pizzas available during the evening sessions (adults only). Families are welcome during the daytime sessions.
